Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays. We make every effort to get all online courier orders received before 11am dispatched same day, but in the event of a busy period this can take up to 1-2 business days. Please note during the festive season orders can take up to 2 business days to dispatch, and there may be delays in shipping that are out of our hands. 


Freight Costs are calculated at checkout. If you live in a rural area please ensure you tick "rural delivery". Failure to do so will result in your order being placed on hold, and you will be invoiced for the additional freight costs.

Parcels are sent from Tricky Dog in Auckland, and may require a signature. We recommend you use your work address if you think you won't be home to sign for the parcel. We will send you a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. In some cases, some items from your order may be sent separately.

Please note delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays out of our control.


At this stage we only ship within New Zealand.

Whilst we make every effort to complete your orders within the same day, custom made items such as leads and long lines can take up to five working days to be completed and shipped. 



Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are able to include a photo of the damage that is hugely helpful to us, so we can raise the issue with our Courier service.
