Please remember no dog toy or accessory is indestructible and your dog’s safety is your responsibility. Choose toys and accessories that are the appropriate shape and size for your dog and always supervise your dog.
We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by our products.

If there is an issue with your item upon delivery, please email us a photo and return the item for us to inspect.

We are not responsible for products damaged by chewing, scratching or general wear and tear. To ensure your items are kept in good condition, please follow our care instructions.
It is your responsibility as an owner to ensure your pets are kept safe at all times. Our long lines should only ever be used on a back attach harness. Do not tether your dog, or leave your dog unattended with any of our products.
